Repairs will be completed by experienced, independent service providers in your area. They conduct business in a professional, prompt and efficient manner.
Your enrollment begins the day your application is processed. Your protection and ability to make a claim begin 30 days after your enrollment begins. Please note that pre-existing conditions are not covered.
The outside water service line is the supply line that runs from the utility water main to the point the line enters your home at the foundation. The outside sewer service line connects from the point the line exits your home at the foundation to the utility sewer main. Homeowners are typically responsible for maintenance and repair of these water and sewer service lines that run through their property.
No. Wells are not covered, but lines to the well will be.
No. There are no service fees, trip charges or deductibles with this plan.
Outside water faucets or spigots are not covered with this plan.
Not by the Preferred Outside Water Line Protection plan, but we do offer plumbing protection plans to cover leaks and breaks to the water and drain lines inside the home. Those are available for purchase separately.
The outdoor line to the tank is covered by the plan, but the tank itself is not.
