American Water Resources, LLC, Oncourse Home Solutions, LLC, Oncourse Home Solutions of Florida, LLC and Pivotal Home Solutions, LLC (collectively, “AWR/Oncourse,” “we” or “us”) provide this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to describe what information we collect about you, how we collect it, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and what choices you have regarding our use of your information. “Personal Information,” or “PI” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular person or household. It does not include publicly available information.
By accessing and using www.awrusa.com, www.oncourse.com or www.oncoursehome.com (the “Site”), you agree that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and you acknowledge the privacy practices (and any uses and disclosures of information about you) that are described in this Privacy Policy.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page and we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy from time to time. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, you should cease use of the Site immediately.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 4. What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?

We store only the last four digits of your credit card number. If you inquire about or apply for employment with us through the Site, you may provide us with information on your educational background, employment history or current or previous compensation.
The servers used to operate the Site collect certain data pertaining to you and the equipment and communications method you use to access the internet and the Site, such as your device type, browser, and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address assigned to your computer, in order to respond to your requests to see pages of the Site. IP addresses are crucial for the internet to function, allowing data to find its correct destination, similar to how mailing addresses function for physical mail. For security reasons and to confirm the integrity of our data, we may combine components of this data with other sources of information which may identify you.
We also automatically collect information about the specific pages that you accessed on the Site or immediately prior to visiting the Site and the length of time you spent at the Site. AWR/Oncourse may disclose Personal Information about you if we become subject to a subpoena or court order or if we are otherwise legally required to disclose such information. We may also use and disclose information about you to establish or exercise our legal rights, to assert and defend against legal claims or to investigate, prevent or take other action regarding actual or suspected illegal or fraudulent activities or potential threats to the physical safety or well-being of any person, or the security of our Site or databases.
AWR/Oncourse may disclose Personal Information about you as part of a corporate business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, divestiture, sale of company assets, or in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership. In these cases, Personal Information could be transferred to third-parties as a business asset.

For your convenience, some hyperlinks may be posted on the Site that link to other websites not under our control. We are not responsible for, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to, the privacy practices of those sites or of any companies that we do not own or control. In addition, should you happen to initiate a transaction on a website that our Site links to, even if you reached that third party website through our Site, the information that you submit to complete that transaction is subject to the privacy practices of the operator of that linked website. 10. Your Privacy Rights under State Laws
Certain States have enacted comprehensive privacy laws granting additional rights to their residents. At this point in time, the following States have comprehensive privacy laws in effect:

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information, as the terms are defined in the applicable state laws.
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and validate your request, we will include a list of Personal Information we have collected about you, the subset that may have been disclosed, and the categories of third parties the information may have been disclosed to.
You may request that we delete any of the Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will review your request. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is proper and necessary or if an exception allowing us to retain the information applies.
You may also request that we correct any of the Personal Information about you that has become outdated or needs correction for any reason. If your request is approved, we will delete, correct, or deidentify the relevant information and will direct our service providers to take similar action.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal data.
Please remember that a third party authorization form will be required to authorize third parties to make an access or deletion request on your behalf. As permitted by applicable law, any request you submit to us is subject to an identification and residency verification process (“Verifiable Consumer Request”). We will not fulfill your request unless you have provided sufficient information for us to reasonably verify you are the consumer about whom we collected personal information.
You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. We endeavor to substantively respond to a Verifiable Consumer Request within the time allotted by the law of the State in which you reside, unless we require an extension. If we reasonably require an extension we will inform you of the reason and extension period.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your data subject rights.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your Verifiable Consumer Request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of the information you provide through the Site to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Any such request must include “California Privacy Rights Request” in the first line of the description and include your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Please note that we are only required to respond to one Shine the Light request per consumer each year, and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through the e-mail address or mailing address provided in this Policy.
11. Participation in Financial Incentive Programs
We will notify you in the event we offer any financial incentive for the use of your personal information. Please note that participating in incentive programs is entirely optional, you will have to affirmatively opt-in to the program and you can opt-out of each program (i.e., terminate participation and forgo the ongoing incentives) prospectively by following the instructions in the applicable program description and terms.
