Our service offers an economical way to protect your home’s essential outside sewer and water service lines. The sewer service line carries wastewater to the utility main, while the water service line brings water from the main to your home. With the Outside Sewer and Water Line Protection Plan, you have coverage to repair or replacement of broken or leaking water service lines, and also to repair, replace, or clear clogs, blockages and breaks in your home’s outside sewer line or septic line. We also cover related repairs to a public sidewalk, driveway or road opening that be needed for covered work. It also includes reimbursement for landscaping restoration if needed, subject to limitations and exclusions in the Customer Agreement.
Coverage starts 30 days after your enrollment is processed. You can find the details in the welcome packet sent to you following your enrollment.
Outside Water Line - Annual Limit: up to $6,000 for Repair Coverage for parts and labor, and up to an additional $4,000 for material and labor for public street cutting and repair and a reimbursement of up to an additional $1,000 per annual term is reimbursable for landscape restoration for raking and seeding.
